Carthills has been nurturing and supporting the careers of accounting and financial services industry professionals in this state for nearly 20 years and we’re proud to have those very people working as an integral and senior members of our team today. We’re passionate about what we do and we’re always looking for equally passionate professionals to join our team. If you think you might be interested in a career at Carthills, we invite you to read on …

It’s all about the service
Carthills has an outstanding service ethic and is dedicated to providing proactive, personalised and highly responsive service throughout every area of the business. We are committed to working closely with our clients, throughout every phase of their financial journey to support their financial goals and ensure they continue to achieve financial success well beyond delivery of the first transaction. At Carthills, we’re genuine about becoming a trusted lifetime financial partner.

But we can’t do it without you
Just as we aim to become our client’s lifetime financial partner, we want our staff to do the same. We applaud the loyalty of our long-term team members and have implemented a special 5 Year Service Club in recognition of this aim. If you have a desire to be at the leading edge of your profession, are committed to providing an exceptional level of service, and can communicate your ideas with conviction, then we want to hear from you.

So we’ll help you however we can
Carthills both encourages and funds its team’s continuing education and development. This extends to the Chartered Accountant program, financial planning accreditation through the Securities Institute, and a range of administrative courses.

We also promote team-building and leadership development and offer a variety of opportunities throughout the year to develop and fine tune these skills. Our mentoring program extends throughout our entire workforce, enabling all levels of staff to further their knowledge by working closely with our Partners and senior team. We also offer a graduate program which aims to provide a solid base of knowledge and practical experience across different facets of the practice.

Partners work with each staff member individually to develop tailored “Personal Action & Development Plans” (PADP) to identify difficulties, recognise achievements and most importantly move forward by committing to training needs & requirements in order for our staff & business to achieve their potential. This significant process provides an opportunity for feedback and open discussion with the objective to motivate and develop potential.
